How do you see the evolution of the newspaper in the next five years?

News will always be an important part of society, it just needs a new way to support itself financially, which will probably mean more paywalls and smartphone applications. I also think the media will find better ways to integrate services like Twitter and Facebook.

Five reasons you love your school

Besides having a gorgeous campus, active social life and an incredible award-winning student newspaper, Spartans will beat you in football and basketball this year. Also, the dorm food is amazing.

One of the most quirky things about you is…

I have recently begun collecting typewriters, though none of them work properly.

What was the last (non-required) book that you read?

Lauren Bacall’s autobiography “By Myself”

If you could have any super power, what would you choose?

The ability to teleport myself. Maybe I would actually get to class on time then.

What was the first thing that you wanted to be when you grew up?

A firefighter policeman who also was a pre-school teacher and moonlighted as a ballerina.
