Lupe Jaramillo

Lupe Jaramillo has an executive management and public relations background in the health, government and education arena. A California native, she earned a liberal arts degree from Mt. San Antonio College and is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in organizational leadership at Azusa Pacific University. Additionally, Lupe is a CORO alum, a graduate of the Southern California Leadership Network and HOPE – Hispanas Organized for Political Equality. In 2001, she was hired as the education program director for the Los Angeles Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. In this capacity, Lupe developed an educational outreach program targeted at middle and high school educators. She currently serves as an appointed member of her city’s cultural arts commission and has instituted a city-wide essay and poster contest for the annual Martin Luther King celebration. She also serves as a board member of the California Jumpstart Coalition, a non-profit organization that focuses on financial literacy for youth.
