Like anywhere use common sense and you will fine. I live in Rosarito and my kids go to exhibits, movies and visit friends in TJ.. Believe me if I didnt think it was safe I wouldnt let them go.

What i find as interesting is New Orleans has 2.5 x greater risk of being killed, yet the US media (major news) was recently promoting it as a family destination. Hum???
